At Residential Air Quality, Inc. we are dedicated to offering a variety of residential air quality testing services including allergy testing, thermal imaging moisture, formaldehyde testing and much more. We use modern technology and the latest equipment to make your home safer and free from bad quality air. With our expertise in the business, we always perform top-notch services with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
There are many contributors to poor air quality. The value of an assessment is the ability to isolate what factors are affecting your space, the source of substance[s] and develop a plan to restore to a proper, comfortable environment.
Poor Air Quality can affect everyone! This graphic shows the most common ‘complaints’ but does not include individuals with chronic heart or lung diseases [such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease – ‘COPD’], compromised immune systems, etc. which create even greater complication and discomfort.
These are among the most common air quality ‘issues’. We have the means to test for these and more.
We come equipped with a variety of hand held meters to establish the nature of the potential issue, the means to collect samples to identify substance, and the follow up reporting and coaching to help develop an action plan if needed.
When samples are collected we send them to a third party laboratory for analysis. What returns to us is documented, factual data of airborne substance in your space. We then provide and review this data to you, along with concise summary notes to explain the data along with any appropriate recommendations to help you reach an effective and reasonable course of action.
We do not ‘up-sell’ or promote additional work or services, but we can provide coaching throughout the process, follow-up testing to absolutely validate that any actions taken were successful, and in some cases help you find qualified resources if needed or appropriate.
